Mr. Barbosa: Awhile ago I hired one of your agents to handle a house sale in Roselle Park; the agent was Ms. Radler. Initially I was impressed by her efforts but I later learned how I was an idiot to hire her. A number of agents approached me after the sale to reveal that could have gotten a higher number. They also told me they would have offered me a discount commission. They shall remain nameless for fear of retribution. Furthermore, I discovered many of the fees I paid for cleanup and removal from her contacts were inflated and kickbacks were involved. I have often been told that commission salespeople would sell their mother for 6% commission! I see they were right and that makes me idiot of the year. Im sure you and your staff are laughing all the way to the bank. Please know a more detailed letter will go the NJ realty board as well as BBB. You all should be ashamed of yourselves. Please tell me Ms. Radler to delete me from her f/b and texting outlets.
